Shipping Policy
Unless noted on the site, orders are normally processed and shipped within approximately one to two business days from the date the order was placed. If overnight shipping is requested, we will do our best to accommodate this request. However, please keep in mind that orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.
Grumpy Bert currently offers UPS and USPS as shipping options. At the time of purchase you will be asked to choose the shipping method that is best for you. Once selected, the shipping cost will be added to your purchase. All shipping costs are estimates that are calculated through the shipping carrier's integration with our shopping cart. The shipping cost shown during the checkout process will be the price you pay, regardless of the actual price shown once shipped. After completing your order, a conformation e-mail will be sent to you. Another email will be sent once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. If your order has not arrived and we have not contacted you about your order status please feel free to email us at bert@grumpybert.com.
When the status of your order is entered as delivered by UPS or USPS, Grumpy Bert’s responsibility is complete. We are not responsible of stolen packages or incorrect shipping addresses.
If you are an international customer, we offer several options through USPS (Global Express and Express International). Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States maybe subject to taxes, duties and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Grumpy Bert is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Grumpy Bert will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.
Return Policy
All sales at Grumpy Bert are final.
We inspect all items before shipping and they are packed with care.
However, if your merchandise is broken or has a significant defect, we’ll be happy to exchange it, if the product is still in stock. So, it’s best to contact us as soon as possible so we can set aside the items. If the item you purchased is no longer in stock, we will issue you a refund. Please note though, many of our products are hand crafted or assembled and slight imperfections are typical.
