In-Store Pickups
If you're near Brooklyn, New York, you're always welcome to order online and come by our storefront and pickup your goodies.  We're near a bunch of Subways.  (A,C,G,2,3,4,5,B,Q,R,N,F,D)
During checkout, follow the form and enter your contact email, billing address and phone number. Also, make sure the “Ship items to the above billing address” is checked. Continue to the next page and you will be given the option to select “Pickup at Grumpy Bert Brooklyn” under Shipping Method. Proceed with checkout and someone from Grumpy Bert will be in contact with you within a day via email.  In most cases, in-store pickups can be arranged on the same or next day.

Shipping Policy
Unless noted on the site, orders are normally processed and shipped within approximately one to two business days from the date the order was placed. However, please keep in mind that orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.

If you would like next day shipping, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate this request.

Grumpy Bert ships most packages with the USPS Priority Mail, sometimes FedEx (mostly with rush orders or big packages). The shipping cost shown during the checkout process will be the price you pay, regardless of the actual price shown once shipped. Please also consider the handling and packing of the package to the shipping cost of your order as well.  After completing your order, a conformation e-mail will be sent to you. 

Once your order has been dropped off to the shipping facility (USPS/FedEx,etc), Grumpy Bert’s responsibility is complete. We are not responsible of stolen packages or incorrect shipping addresses.

If you are an international customer, we offer USPS Priority Mail International as a shipping option. Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States maybe subject to taxes, duties and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Grumpy Bert is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Grumpy Bert will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. 

Grumpy Bert is required to collect sales tax to all orders shipped to New York.  In other states where we don't collect sales tax, it is the customer's responsibility to assure that all appropriate state use taxes are paid.

Return Policy
Sorry... all sales at Grumpy Bert are final.
We inspect all items before shipping and they are packed with care. Please note though, many of our products are hand crafted or assembled and slight imperfections are typical.
