Artists — Susie Ghahremani

Susie Ghahremani is an award-winning painter and illustrator with a knack for mixing whimsical nature images with patterns, polka dots and a nostalgic 1950's color palette.  Using her highly-detailed style to render squirrels playing guitars, bears having picnics, and of course owls playing peek-a-boo in fluffy treetops, she's what Flavorpill Magazine calls "The indie, start-up version of Hello Kitty."  Although she was born and raised in Chicago, Susie now happily spends her time making art and tending to her pet finches and cat in San Diego, CA.
