Shipping Policy
Grumpy Bert ships most domestic packages with the USPS Priority Mail.

Once your order has been dropped off to the shipping facility (USPS/FedEx,etc), Grumpy Bert’s responsibility is complete. We are not responsible of stolen packages or incorrect shipping addresses.

Rates vary for international customers. Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States maybe subject to taxes, duties and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Grumpy Bert is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Grumpy Bert will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. 

Grumpy Bert is required to collect sales tax to all orders shipped to New York.  In other states where we don't collect sales tax, it is the customer's responsibility to assure that all appropriate state use taxes are paid.

Return Policy
Sorry... all sales at Grumpy Bert are final.
We inspect all items before shipping and they are packed with care. Please note though, many of our products are hand crafted or assembled and slight imperfections are typical.
